J&Z Group successfully hosted its Annual Business Conference 2025 under the theme “Action in Growth” on April 19–20, 2025, at the beautiful Hotel Kollol by J&Z Group in Cox’s Bazar. This event brought together senior managers, project in-charges, supervisors, and other key leaders from all our sister concerns for a two-day blend of reflection, planning, and motivation.

The first day, April 19, was designed to energize and refresh all participants. Attendees from various parts of the country gathered, relaxed, and enjoyed the stunning coastal beauty of Cox’s Bazar, setting a positive and collaborative tone for the main conference day.

On April 20, the official conference began at the grand hall of Hotel Kollol with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by an inspiring opening speech by the Group Chairman and Managing Director. Afterward, the Deputy General Manager (DGM) presented a comprehensive business review, covering the current status, achievements, challenges, and future goals of J&Z Group. The session also included strategic planning discussions to align the company’s growth roadmap for the rest of the year.

Our MD Sir’s visionary speech highlighted key focus areas, growth strategies, and the importance of unity, dedication, and innovation in achieving the group’s future ambitions. The conference also featured team-building activities, an evening snacks session, and a gift-giving ceremony to recognize the efforts of every attendee who plays a vital role in the success of our group.
